Earlier this year we invested in two new high-speed CNC precision engineering machines, increasing our milling and turning capabilities in-house. Using our 4 axis vertical milling centre and our CNC lathe we can not only produce prototypes and 1 offs, but also low volume production batches at competitive rates.
We can work with any file format, including IGES and STEP files for compound surface machining.

These new machines are capable of machining all types of engineering plastics, ferrous and non ferrous metals to very high tolerances. Parts can then be finished to a high level whether plated, polished, anodised or vapour honed.
With a dedicated skilled CNC miller/turner in-house we provide a flexible service. We can assist with product development to ensure products are designed for maximum efficiency, are fit for purpose and cost effective for manufacture.
